My reply:

If, after using the Find button you don't have an entry in your table then click the NEW button to create a new entry and from there key in the needed info and hit Save.

Below I've posted instructions for using Scratch BOT to create entries for SAC in both the TrackAbbreviations table and the ToteCodes table.

Hint: The TrackAbbreviations entry enables Scratch BOT to parse the XML and the ToteCodes table entry enables the Live Play Module to parse SuperTote.

Scratch BOT - TrackAbbrev Table Entries

Purpose:

To enable pasrsing of xml.

Bullet points:

• Track Code: SAC (Why? Because SAC matches the first 3 characters of the data file name.)

• Tote Code: SAC (Why? Because BTP matches the first 3 characters of the data file name.)

• Notes: SACRAMENTO (Why? Because SACRAMENTO matches the track_name attribute of the track node in the clickable xml.)

Scratch BOT - ToteCodes Table Entries

Purpose:

1. To enable parsing of track code in Live Play Module.

2. To enable CSV Ticket Import of track code in WagerHistory Module.

Bullet points:

• Track Code: SAC (Why? Because SAC matches the first 3 characters of the data file name.)

• Tote Code: SAC (Why? Because SAC matches the first 3 characters of the data file name.)

• Type: 1 (Why? Because 1 matches the "type" attribute in the urls of the SuperTote site.)

• WinToteURL and ExaToteURL: After keying in Track Code, Tote Code, and Type Click the Assist Button to auto-generate entries for WinToteURL and ExaToteURL. (Why? Because clicking the Assist button is easier than keying the urls in manually.)

• NHPlayDescr: Sacramento (Why? Because Sacramento matches the track name in .CSV WagerHistory files downloaded from the NHPlay site.)
